Cancellations
- We offer a full refund on the purchase
price within 30 days of purchase on any goods
purchased through our website as long as the goods
are returned in perfect condition and packaging is still
intact. However, we will not refund the shipping costs.
If you wish to return an item, simply mail it back to
us
within 30 days requesting a refund.
Exchanges - If a product is the wrong size, or you wish to exchange an item with another of similar value, mail the item back to us within 30 days and we will happily exchange the item for you. There will be no extra charge for shipping the replacement item or items if the shipping costs of the replacement item or items are similar to the original item or items.
Shipping and handling charges
Orders under $12.00 =(bibs, pail deodorisers etc) $4.35 Orders under $100 = $7.50 All other orders = $12.50 overnight delivery with Australia Air Express or similar
