Statistics from the New South Wales (Australia) Environment Protection Authority quote a figure of 800 million disposable nappies being thrown away in Australia each year. Not only do these nappies waste space in landfills, the manufacturing process of these nappies results in greenhouse gases emissions. By recycling nappies every time and with thoughtful washing you can do your bit to help your environment so your baby can enjoy the best world you can give to him or her. We stock the following types of reusable nappies:
- Fitted nappies have elastic built in for a snug fit. Nappy covers are required to prevent leakage.
- Prefolds are flat and need to be folded to fit the child. Nappy covers are required to prevent leakage.
- All-in-ones have a sewn in waterproof layer and they therefore require no nappy covers.

| OPEN DAY Sat, 21 June 2008 New Age Nappies is hosting a day for everyone to come and see our range. The event will be held on Saturday the 7th June in Ringwood North, Victoria from 10 am to 1 pm. It will be held in a community centre, so please feel free to bring along your kids as it will be a safe, warm environment. And yes, of course, you can make purchases or place orders on the day.
